June 26th 2007 we held our first cocktail among Syracuse Alumni in Paris.
Almost 30 alumni showed up at the (smoke-free) Swan Jazz Bar in Montparnasse for 2 hours of free cocktails, thanks to the invitation of Andy Latchem and Jim O’Connor, both senior officers from the Alumni Office in Syracuse, who are on a tour in Europe to meet the various international alumni clubs.
A broad range of classes were represented (from the ’50s to the ’00s) from a variety of schools. It was a lot of fun, we got to see many new faces and even a few children came with their parents.
Some came all the way from Montpellier just for the apero, thank you Christelle and Martine!
